C\u2019est donc la plus grande rencontre de l\u2019histoire politique du Tchad. C\u2019est aussi une r\u00e9volution pour notre histoire moderne\u00a0: dialoguer et adopter des positions par consensus pour une refondation\u00a0!<\/p><p>Rassembl\u00e9s au Palais du 15 Janvier, devenu aujourd\u2019hui Palais des Arts et de la Culture, les participants ont sans ambages diagnostiqu\u00e9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Tchadienne, et produit \u00e0 partir des r\u00e9sultats des pr\u00e9-dialogues, des conclusions devant conduire \u00e0 la Refondation du Tchad en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et au retour \u00e0 l\u2019ordre constitutionnel en particulier.<\/p><p>En mettant en place ce site, le Haut Comit\u00e9 de Pilotage pour le suivi de la mise en \u0153uvre des R\u00e9solutions du DNIS, souhaite en toute transparence communiquer sur les r\u00e9sultats de ces assises et mobiliser les tchadiens \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de ces r\u00e9solutions d\u2019une part, et le suivi de la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019autre part.<\/p><p>Ainsi donc vos contributions, vos remarques et observations ne feront qu\u2019enrichir sinon aider au suivi de la mise en \u0153uvre de ces r\u00e9solutions et recommandations.<\/p><p>Daigne Dieu cr\u00e9ateur de ce beau pays, nous aider tous \u00e0 la refondation du Tchad, et que vivement le retour \u00e0 l\u2019ordre constitutionnel devienne r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Le Pr\u00e9sident du HCP<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong><u>SALEH KEBZABO<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mot de Bienvenu Bienvenue sur le site du HCP !
